- WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns on all full price items within 14 days. We ask that all garments are returned back to us in the same manner in which they were received.
Pls Note : SALE items are non returnable.
- CAN I EXCHANGE?
Yes you can request an exchange. If you just pop a note in the parcel stating what you would like to exchange for, we will get this exchanged for you upon receipt of the returned order and sent straight back out. If the exchange item requested is not available we will get in touch to make you aware.
- HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
- CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Standard shipping is posted via Royal Mail. Royal Mail do provide tracking information via email and text message (please always check e-mail junk folders). The tracking is usually sent out when the item is due to be delivered.
